With this plant NCO confirmed once again its full capabilities in terms of designing and manufacturing complete rolling mills for long products.

- BDM consisting of a Two-High Shiftable Reversing stand, Housing-less type, equipped with entry and exit adjustable roller table, centering devices and bar manipulators
- Continuous train with four rolling stands, housing-less type, traversing, alternatively arranged in H and V configuration
- Layer transfer and preparation system
- Cut to length area with dry-type abrasive cut-off machine
