NEW ROBOT FOR QUICK ROLLS CHANGE

We just finished the installation of a newly engineered machine for automatic change of the rolls out of rolling stands, in the rolling mill plant of one of our customers. The specific feature of this machine is that can handle up to 3 different sizes of rolls, just by easily changing the central and mobile supports. This way, our Robot does the job usually done by 3 Robots, letting our customer save money and floor space!
The NCO's scope of supply included design, engineering, manufacturing and installation with hydraulic piping.
